Shoes are a girls best friend

So it's been some time since I last posted but I am back! This outfit is definitely one of my favorites. The boots I have on are from forever 21 and I would definitely urge you all to go buy these shoes because they make any outfit 2x cuter. My dress is also from forever 21 and my necklace is from a random stand in San Diego. I hope you all are having a wonderful January.
